Q: Can i get extra features added? A: Yes! Additional features can be added to any hosting plan! Whether you need more pop3's, subdomains, etc or need to add apache handlers or any other special requests, just contact us to get any extra or special features added to your account as you require them! If extra options are added to an account in the middle of a billing period, you will prorated. Some features may be added at no cost. Please contact us for pricing. If you have paid for an annual account, you will be charged only for the difference. Q: What happens if i go over my bandwidth? A: Overage is only $0.15 per gig! If you do go over your allotment, we will contact you. We do not shut down customer's sites unless they are breaking our terms of service or causing harm to the hosting experience of our other users. You will be charged $0.15 per gig for the bandwidth that you use which is over your allotment. Overage calculation begins and ends at the beginning and end of each calendar month.
